3. Custom Perfume Orders

Custom or bespoke perfume orders are created based on individual customer preferences.
All custom perfume orders are final, non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.

4. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in AED unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product availability issues.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Nawaf Perfumes does not store or have access to customers’ full payment details.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of fragrance products, all sales are final. Returns or refunds are only accepted in cases where the product is physically damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery, as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
