Thank you for shopping with Nawaf Perfumes. We take great care in ensuring the quality and authenticity of all our products, including perfume oils, perfumes, and bakhoor.
No Return or Refund Policy
Due to the nature of fragrance products, we do not offer returns or refunds once a product has been sold, except in cases where the product is physically damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery. This policy follows common industry practices in the UAE, as fragrance products cannot be resold once opened or used.
Eligible Cases
A return or refund will only be considered under the following conditions:
- The product is physically damaged
- The product is defective
- An incorrect item was delivered
To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
How to Request Support
If you believe your order qualifies under the above conditions, please contact our customer service team by email with the following details:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging

Resolution
Once your request is reviewed and approved:
We will offer a replacement for the same product, subject to availability
If a replacement is not available, a refund may be issued at our discretion to the original payment method
Custom Perfume Orders
Please note that custom or bespoke perfume orders are non-refundable and non-returnable under any circumstances.
Final Notes
Opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund unless found to be defective.
Nawaf reserves the right to reject any request that does not meet the above conditions.
